Anastasia Leone
Building Designer
BDA Member No. 1178-10
Anastasia has been designing for as long as she can remember. Whether it was building new recipes in her family’s restaurant, sewing clothes or excelling in art at high school, everything seemed to lead her to her true passion – building design – which she has been practising for over three decades.
When Anastasia isn’t behind the drawing board, you can find her stoking her longstanding passion for cooking, solving sudoku puzzles and bringing light to canvases with her abstract painting. As a mother, raising her three children, Anastasia has a deep understanding of family needs and how they shape the built form.

Since joining his wife, Anastasia, at Urban Style Design in 1999, James has spent over two decades as an integral part of the design practice. Harnessing his engineering background, he facilitated the digital revolution of Urban Style Design, transitioning documentation from the drawing board to the computer screen.
Outside of the office, James is an advocate for good health, with a strong personal commitment to running and weightlifting. When he’s not in the gym, you can either find him spending time with his kids or rewatching one of his favourite films.
